Now they really are going to watch us.

The European Union is building its own network of spy satellites allowing Brussels to ensure nations and private individuals are obeying its policies.

But of course those with nothing to hide have nothing to fear. Corruption in CAP is one of the targets of the scheme. What’s worrying is the satellites will be in place in 2010, just three years before a potential major restructuring of the system. What does this say about the EU’s wish to reform?
