EU to curb Bomb Making

In a burst of speed not usually seen in the corridors of Brussels, the EU has decided that the only PC way to deal with the fact Islamic Extremists want to kill us is to stop them making bombs.

The European Commission has adopted measures for stricter controls of production and trade in bomb-making materials across the continent.

I have no idea whether it will have any impact or not but I have an alternative suggestion. Include Terrorism under the health and safety and protection of workers legislation. It will add so much to the costs, that terrorism will no longer be profitable. You don’t believe me? It worked for millions of other European businesses.
