OLAF is God

Hans Martin Tillack lost his appeal against the European Commission. Apparently they had the right to steal his notes and presumably persecute his sources.

The President of the ECJ has now dismissed an appeal brought by the journalist (Tillack)in Case C-521/04 P(R) against that dismissal by the President of the CFI, (Court of First Instance).

The intrepid journalist also has to pay costs. OLAF: Tough on Fraud. Tough on the causes of Fraud being released to the public. Gravy Train freeloaders can sleep more soundly.
