Britain’s Role

Jules recently went to a lecture, Britain’s Role in the European Union. Roger Helmer a Conservative MEP summed it up like this:

1. The EU is a threat to the economic prosperity of the countries within the EU.
2. Continued integration of the EU is a threat to democracy within the EU.
3. Continued integration is a threat to the security of the countries within the EU.

I couldn’t have put it more succinctly myself.
