Clarke Again

Why is it that the myth and the reality are so different. In the Myth, the Conservative Party is torn apart by Eurosceptic Headbangers. The Reality?
Kenneth Clarke told BBC1's The Politics Show it was a shame that Mr Cameron was insisting on finding "some new, slightly head-banging Eurosceptic position to take up as his first act in the leadership".
You get my drift? The people who really cause trouble are the likes of Ken Clarke and Michael Hestletine. The papers are full of a Tory revival and who is the only dissenting voice? The party’s only remaining Europhile. Why is the superstate so important to this man that he is willing to risk the first positive headlines in more than a decade, over this issue?
