Good Choice of Words

Is this malice or stupidity: Turkey must undergo a "major cultural revolution" if it is ever to join the European Union, France's President Jacques Chirac insisted yesterday. Mr Chirac is old enough and worldly wise enough to understand the meaning of his words, surely. He would like to see the destruction of all that stands in the way of the true path of Maoism? That’s what the phrase Cultural Revolution means to me.
