Those Green Europeans

In keeping with the EU’s commitment to fight global warming, EU politicians have been welcoming the record high oil prices. Hang on a second that’s wrong:

EU Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs on Tuesday welcomed an OPEC decision to release an additional 2 million barrels of crude oil per day to the market.

I have a tendency to forget that the EU like all members of the Tranzi Elite are all mouth and no trousers. So lets decide, do we really think these slime balls believe in the causes they profess to espouse?
