What's Arabic for Jealous?

The EU is apparently pleased that the Iraq Constitution has been signed by the president.

The European Union welcomed the publication of Iraq's draft constitution on Sunday and urged all Iraqis to participate in an October referendum on the text.

They must be seething in Brussels, it took them two years and €200 Million to prepare a constitution and the Iraqis have managed on a much smaller budget in a shorter time. If the people actually vote for it, that will be even worse. It just goes to show that if you want something done, leave out French Presidents.
