Delay Compensation

Remember that the EU was going to make flight delays a thing of the past. They passed legislation forcing Airlines to pay compensation to passengers for delays. Well recently British Airways passengers were badly inconvienienced, but the law doesn’t apply.
British Airways will not be forced to pay compensation to the 100,000 passengers stranded by a strike this month as European Union rules do not apply.
It’s a good thing too, as compensation is due from the union that caused the problem in the first place. I’m not holding my breath on that one though.
