Is this Credible?

Every poll since the beginning of time has shown UK voters to be against the idea of an EU constitution. So where does this sudden liking for the document come from.

For the first time more people in the UK are in favour of the proposed European Constitution than against it, according to a new poll published on Wednesday (9 February)

• Was the anti feeling a knee jerk reaction to something that they thought would not happen?
• Were the questions in previous polls loaded?
• Is this simply the result of lack of knowledge?

Bearing in mind that the question asked was the same as that to be asked in the referendum, this result could be important, if it is credible.
