Economic Freedom = Growth

EU Rota has come to a startling conclusion:

While there may or may not be a debate over a political multi-speed Europe, the economic multi-speed Europe is already a reality.

Its all to do with the level of economic freedom, the more there is the faster growth is. Shocking isn't it.
