Czech Referendum

Not wanting to be left out, the Czechs could be having a referendum on the constitution:

The Czech ruling coalition on Saturday proposed that the country should ratify the European Union (EU) constitution through referendum instead of parliamentary approval.

Of course it will probably never come to that but it will help the politicians claim that they respect the people.
