Democrat of the Day
I particularly liked this one:
Countries that have already ratified the constitution should not have to ratify a second version of the document. Urmas Paet: Estonian Foreign MinisterMr Paet presumably doesn't mind if an insurance company or estate agent changes a contract after he has signed it.

A propos of nothing, I read somewhere that yesterday would, apparently, have been the day the Constitution came into force.
Poignant, if true.
The other side of the coin is that countries that have promised a referendum on the EUCT will revoke that promise when a "new" treaty arrives, saying it only applied to the former version. The bastards in Brussels will go to ANY lengths to destroy the nsation states.
You might want to listen to the relevant speeches given by Douglas Carswell MP and Christopher Booker about leaving the EU. Here the audio file at the Bruges Group.
The sad thing is that the Estonians are normally pretty sane. Indeed they are one of thse countries that are normally spoken of when UK defeatists tell us,
"Don't worry with enlargement the EU is coming round to our way of thinking".
Wel I suppose it's true if by 'our' they are reffering to the pro-EU elite
