Farm Subsidies
There is a website out there, that is doing a great public service and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Its called Farm Subsidies and it aims to inform the public of where their money is going to with respect to the Common Agricultural Policy. Please do go and have a look.

An awful lot of 'partial', 'denied' and 'no data'. Still, a good start.
James - we can hardly help it if member states deny our FOI requests for information! Still, the battle goes on. New figures today show EU farm spending has jumped by 11% to a new record of €48.5 billion. For more see here .
