Our Dear Leader's Wisdom
One doesn't have to be a cynic to wonder why sworn enemies are offering you advice. The latest to do so is Our Dear Leader.
The Prime Minister warned the Tory leader of the danger of cutting ties with the moderate European People's Party. Mr Blair said the move could cost British jobs and important trade.
- The is nothing moderate about Federasts
- Is Our Dear Leader tacitly admitting that his own partners are socialist extremists, who would be strengthened if the EPP were no longer the biggest group?
- In what way can it have any impact on jobs & Trade? Are we going to vote against EPP proposals that we agree with just because we belong to another group?

This is causing something of a rift in the Eastern Region among Tory MPs who are divided, I have written about it today. It is a very difficult problem to solve, we need to find like-minded groups to align with as they will have no clout if they try and stand alone.
So what if we leave without forming a new group? The European Parliament is the biggest talking shop with no real power ever fabricated.
The danger is that if we don't get out soon, (of the EPP), it'll rumble into the next election and the old tory divisions on europe will be exploited again.
Blair is just prodding an old wound.

We have no clout anyway. At least we would have credibilty if we left though.
I'm more concerned that no one would notice if we did ever leave the EPP!
