Slovakian Pothole on the road to a super state

Great European’s have made much of the fact that 13 of 25 nations have now ratified the constitution. I wonder what they will have to say about this:
The Slovak constitutional court on Thursday suspended the ratification of the European Union's Constitution, which the Slovak parliament approved two months ago
So for the moment at least there is no majority because:
The move makes the parliament's ratification invalid for now.
It’s a good piece of news that the backlash against of self elected guardians of the empire continues. I look forward to similar legal challenges elsewhere.
