Who Should Compromise?

  1. Newly re-elected leader, protecting a payment mechanism that was invented to balance out farm payment. Soon to be president of the council of ministers.
  2. Recent loser of a referendum, very low public standing. Defending the farm payments system that necessitated his opponents rebate. Soon to lose his one and only friend in an early election.
That’s right, according to Baroso, the man who should compromise is the one with all the bargaining chips. The one with no hand at all should stick to his guns. Apparently its called solidarity.
