Surreal Or What?
The tenth country has ratified the EU constitution.
Latvian parliament overwhelmingly ratified the EU constitution Thursday, one day after Dutch voters rejected it.Why would you do such a thing? Do they get brownie points from Brussels? Never mind it undermines Tony Blairs position.
