Who won the most votes in England? According to The Campaign for an English Parliament it was the Conservatives. England Only Votes 8,014,418 Conservative 7,978,582 Labour 5,140,532 Liberal Seats

Its rather an interesting picture is it not. I think we need an English Parliament.
