Storms in the Baltic

The Estonians have a new coalition government. Not a country we hear much about, Estonia is a poster child of liberal free markets and was the first mover in the flat tax game. Apparently this upheaval in one of the EU’s smaller states could have a big impact on the constitutional debate. The new government means that Estonia too, will have a referendum.
