Must Study Harder

The BBC has been cleared by an internal review of bias in EU matters. It has however admitted culpability to claims of ignorance.
The inquiry found evidence of an "institutional mindset" when it came to the EU, but concluded that was not the same as deliberate bias. From an EU critics perspective there is very little difference.
The difference between murder and manslaughter is legally very important but matters much less to the victim. Thus, when the BBC supports a view of the world that is at odds with yours, whether it meant to or not is not really that important. It’s been said before but it bears repeating. Privatise it and whether it is biased or not, no longer really matters.
