Make Poverty History

Boris points out that the best way to help Sri Lanka in the long term would be to remove EU tariffs on Bras. Apparently nearly all of the Bras sold in Marks & Spencer come from this poor devastated country. It would do more than any number of silences. As quoted by the The Anglo Saxon Chronicle:

The help these people need long term is access to consumers in rich countries.
